How It Works:
Players will participate as two-person teams. Supporters can provide flat donations or pledge along per birdie made. Participants can also play as individuals and will be paired up with a second player at the event. The event will be limited to a maximum of 18 teams (36 players).
On May 10th participants will play a two-person scramble for 50 holes OR as many holes as possible in four hours at Zigfield Troy Par-3 Course in Woodridge, IL and attempt to make as many birdies as possible. Players will report their birdies each time at the turn and be eligible to qualify for fun prizes & golf experiences in the following ways -
Player/Team Fundraising Incentives:
Level 1 ($1,000 - $2,499)
• CDGA Branded golf polo & hat (for each player)
• One dozen Titleist golf balls (for each player)
• Each player receives a second tee shot on all 50 holes
Level 2 ($2,500 - $4,999)
• All Level 1 Items
• One attempt at a $100,000 Split-the-Pot Hole-in-One Challenge presented by Republic Bank
Level 3 ($5,000 - $9,999)
• All Level 2 Items
• Entry for two players into a CDGA Member Day event of your choice (subject to availability)
• $200 credit to the CDGA Member Golf Shop for each team member
Level 4 ($10,000+)
• Entry for your two-person team into the CDGA Foundation’s premier outing, Fore Our Veterans, at Oak Park CC on July 14th
• $400 credit to the CDGA Member Golf Shop for each team member
Additional:
• Each birdie made earns teams a raffle ticket to earn additional CDGA prizes.
• Top two fundraising teams and top Birdie Team will each have a tee shot for a chance to win a $1M Split-the-Pot Hole-in-One Challenge presented by Republic Bank.
• The "CDGA Golf Show" on ESPN Radio 1000 broadcasting live from Zigfield Troy GC (weather pending).
